Georgia Daniels, J.D. is a lawyer by training and experience. Currently her focus is exclusively on mediation. She is interested in resolving complex disputes in which family dynamics play a significant part. Georgia has also had personal experience in the area of caring for an aging parent. For 15 years she has been involved in mediation and collaborative conflict resolution. Georgia is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association and the Association for Conflict Resolution. She is an inactive member of the Oregon and Washington State Bars and holds a J.D. from Seattle University cum laude.
 
Terri E. Hilliard Olson, J.D., draws upon her vast experience and easy communication style in helping families, elders and individuals resolve disputes. As a mediator, Ms. Olson trained at the Pepperdine Straus
Institute and Loyola Law School. After many years as a civil litigator and an estate planning attorney, she founded her mediation and dispute resolution practice, Hilliard Mediation Services. She is a court approved mediator with the Los Angeles Superior Court civil and probate panels.
Most recently, Ms. Olson is co-founder and president of The Senior & Family Resource Group of the Conejo, a non-profit organization
devoted to educating the community and helping the needs of seniors and families in transition.

B. Daniel Lynch, J.D. has been an attorney in practice continually since 1972, and has been admitted to California and Washington State, Federal District and Circuit courts. After many years of experience in mediation of civil cases, he has concentrated in recent years on facilitative mediation of divorce cases in which he works directly with the spouses without participation by lawyers. Judith Machanik, B.A. is the Principal of Access Mediation Services, LLC and has acquired more than 100 hours as a mediator. She is trained as an elder mediator, CHINS mediator, divorce mediator and community mediator. She is also a court coordinator for small claims court in Great Barrington, MA. As a business consultant, she has worked in numerous senior living facilities as a marketing consultant/interviewer/writer. Judith is skilled, experienced, and professional.
 
Nancy Milton, J.D. of Progress Mediation has been a mediator since 1991, with over 150 hours of training in Family and Business Mediation. An attorney since 1994, she is a member of the mediation panels of the Third District Court of Appeal, Sacramento County Superior Court, Yolo County Superior Court, the Association of Conflict Resolution, and National Association for Community Mediation. Upon discovering mediation and its benefits during law school, she decided that she would practice law with an emphasis on mediation offering her clients a better way to resolve their disputes without the often lengthy and costly experience of litigation. She is a sensitive, caring mediator who will help elders and their families move forward and make progress.
 
Anita Rufus, J.D. is a credentialed mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego. Her mediation training includes J.D. ADR concentration and Advanced Mediation Training at the Pepperdine Straus Center. Anita is also an appointed member of the Superior Court Mediation Panel of San Diego. She has over 200 hours of training and more than 25 years experience.
