has over
40 years
of
experience
in
healthcare
as a
nurse
clinician,
educator,
author,
and
administrator
in
various
states
and
Japan.
She has
mediated
over 100
disputes,
many of
which
were
high
conflict
family
mediation.
She
received
her
Masters
of
Science
in
Nursing
from
George
Mason
University.

psychotherpist
specializing
in
mediation.
Her
general

is with
families
and
individuals.
She has
a
special
interest
in
care-giving
issues
and has
studied
a great
deal
about
Dementia

Alzheimers.
Janet is
a
certified
Colorado
long-term
care
ombudsman
and has
been a
volunteer
ombudsman
with
DRCOG
(Denver
Regional
Council
of
Governments)
for 3
years,
working
at both
assisted
living
and
nursing
home
facilities.

Roberts

eldercare
consultant
and
community
mediator

experience

mediation/facilitation
in
community
organizations,
government
entities,
and
workplace
conflicts.
She has
been a
personal
coach
since
2000,
and is
also a
private
caregiver,
a
longterm
care
ombudsman,
and
volunteers
for a
skilled
nursing
facility.
Kelly
has been
a
volunteer
with the
Jefferson
County
Mediation
Program
since
1993,
and is a
certified
ombudsman
with the
Denver
Regional
Council
of
Governments.
