Arline Kardasis, B.A., M.A.T. is a mediator, trainer, conflict consultant and coach. As a family mediator, she specializes in elder and divorce mediation. Arline mentors new mediators in the Massachusetts Courts and designs and delivers conflict skills trainings to eldercare professionals. She is a co-founder and partner at Agreement Resources, LLC and Elder Decisions. Both of these firms have been approved to receive referrals from the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Department. Judith Machanik, B.A. is the Principal of Access Mediation Services, LLC and has acquired more than 100 hours as a mediator. She is trained as an elder mediator, CHINS mediator, divorce mediator and community mediator. She is also a court coordinator for small claims court in Great Barrington, MA. As a business consultant, she has worked in numerous senior living facilities as a marketing consultant/interviewer/writer. Judith is skilled, experienced, and professional.
 
Jill Sarah Moscowitz, M.P.H. serves as mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court, US Postal Service, United Postal Service and the Transportation Securities Administration. She has many years experience as a nutritionist working with older adults where she provided nutritional advise to homebound elders and their caregivers. Christina P. Burnham, J.D. is an attorney specializing in family, probate, juvenile and elder law. She has represented elderly clients in probate matters including involuntary conservatorships, estate planning, drafting health care directives, wills, and Title XIX eligibility from state to state. Christina holds a B.A. in applied music and music history from Connecticut College, and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut.
 
Barbara Sunderland Manousso Ph.D.(ABD), M.P.H., T.C.D.M. Texas Credentialed Distinguished Mediator. Mediator since 1993. She has been a trainer, lecturer, and practioner in elder care mediation. Her doctoral dissertation has been in elder care mediation. She mediates for nursing long-term care facilities, probate courts, and families in a crisis or planning mode involving elders and adults. Sometimes a family only needs Manousso as a conflict coach, which can be done by phone or online. Past-president of the Association for Conflict
