Naomi A. Kauffman, J.D. has been a practicing attorney since 1977. She is licensed in California, Kansas and Missouri. Naomi has been a trained mediator since 1989. Her law practice includes family law, probate and estate planning and mediation. Naomi is a former adjunct professor at the University of Missouri/Kansas City School of Law.
 
Gary Kettring, B.A. has over 6 years experience in County Court as well as Civil Mediations. He is registered as a Domestic Relations Mediator in the state of Georgia and a certified family and county mediator in the state of Florida He is also a guardian ad Litem in Florida and an Assistant Mediation Trainer. The major focus of his practice has been in family disputes, child custody, and domestic abuse. He has also been involved in multiple cases of elder conflicts. Gary was voted Mediator of the Year by the 12th Judicial Circuit in 2004.
 
David Levy, J.D. has 20 years of Family Caregiver consulting expertise. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Gerontology, working towards a PhD in 2008/2009. In addition, David is an academic researcher in the fields of family caregiving, eldercare, and family dynamics. In the past he developed and ran the family mediation services for a major, long term care insurance company. He has extensive training for MSW and LCSW practitioners in non-clinical family caregiving mediation.
 
Rev. Herman E. Haynes, Jr., M. Divinity is a minister, counselor, ADR professional, and EEO Investigator. He has extensive experience dealing with workplace, special education, family related, and worker's compensation disputes. Reverend Haynes holds a B.S. in psychology and an M.S. in counseling and human systems from Florida State University, a Masters in Divinity from Emory University, and is a Doctorate of Ministry candidate at Columbia Presbyterian Seminary.
 
WIlliam Biglow, Experienced mediator of conflicts in a variety of contexts. Pro bono work for the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center and work as Redress mediator for US Postal Service. Member Assoc. for Conflict Resolution and Wisconsin Assoc. of Mediators.

 

 
Angela Crossin, J.D. is a licensed attorney who holds a Masters in Accounting. She is also a Certified Law Mediator, visiting professor at Purdue University, Certified Estate Advisor, and is pursuing a CPA certification.
