Janet E. Mitchell, J.D. has served as an Attorney-Mediator since 1986, and is the director of the Midwest Mediation Training Center in Ft. Wayne, IN. Janet has mediated over 800 disputes, focusing on interpersonal conflict, and teaches both basic and advanced mediation skills.

Sherrod Deputy has been an advocate for individuals and their conflicts since 1981 when she co-founded the Victim-Witness Program for Elkhart County, Indiana. As of 1997, she has been sole proprietor of her mediation practice, using conflict resolution methods to resolve problematic issues. Sherrod is licensed in both Arizona and Indiana.

Marvin Pavlov, J.D. is a Mediator and Arbitrator, and also a Mediator/Administrative Law Judge for the IEERB. He has a Jurisprudence Doctorate specializing in Dispute Resolution and has mediated numerous family-related cases. Marvin is President-Elect of Indiana Mediators Association, and can mediate nationally and internationally.

Mary J. Hoeller, R.N., J.D. is a Registered Nurse/Attorney who has previously worked in nursing homes. She has practiced in the area of civil litigation for over twenty years. She is a trained family law and eldercare mediator, and has mediated pre-divorce and guardianship issues. Mary is an Eldercare lawyer and prepares wills, trusts and other estate planning documents.

Paula Neuman, Ed.D., MA has more than twenty years experience in social service and education and specializes in assisting families in making healthy decisions about their futures. Paula's own father is 92 years old. She and her siblings have worked together to successfully assist their father in making his own decisions, while aiding him in his desires about his future. Paula is a member of IPA and APA, and is an Indiana Domestic Relations Mediator.

Angela Crossin, J.D. is a licensed attorney who holds a Masters in Accounting. She is also a Certified Law Mediator, visiting professor at Purdue University, Certified Estate Advisor, and is pursuing a CPA certification.

John Bertschler, PhD Psychologist, Ohio licensed 1990, private practice since 1996. Extensive experience in in-and outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, school psychology. Mediator, first trained 1996. Co-owner, private mediation practice since 1997. Practice areas: divorce/family, elder, business/organizational.
