and

Arline
mentors

mediators

and
delivers
conflict
skills
trainings
to
eldercare
professionals.
She is a
co-founder

LLC and

been

to

for

court in

MA. As a

consultant,
she has
worked
in
numerous
senior
living
facilities
as a
marketing
consultant/interviewer/writer.

experienced,
and
professional.

Resolutions,
a
mediation
and
consulting
firm,
after
many
years as
an
attorney
and
mediator.
Her

professional,
and
volunteer

ones in
various
challenging
roles
and
situations.
