Valerie Siegel  is an elder law attorney and interfaith pastoral counselor.  She has mediated probate and elder care disputes in Maryland and in California.  Valerie has served as a hospice chaplain and currently counsels older adults and their caregivers in their San Diego County homes.  She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and she volunteers at the Gary and Mary West Senior Wellness Center in San Diego.  Located at San Diego. Louise Phipps Senft, an attorney, works as a full time mediator. She founder of Baltimore Mediation in 1993. She is an adjunct professor at University of Maryland Law teaching for Lawyers, Negotiation and Mediation Theory and Practice. She is also Faculty on the Harvard Negotiation Program Insights Initiative. Ms. Senft has earned the status of Advanced Practitioner as a Member of the international Association of Conflict Resolutions Family Section, and has served on their Ethics Committee and Mediation Training Approval Committee for many years.

 
Jeannette Twomey, J.D. has been a Mediator since 1992. She is also a licensed attorney who understands the legal landscape of elder issues. Jeannette is a trainer and consultant for elder care service providers and frequently speaks on the subject before professonal groups. With 14 years and more than 1000 hours of mediation experience, Jeannette has been involved in the mediation of issues involving business, elder, employment, property, and divorce. She holds a J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law.
