He has

is the
owner of
PurpleWorks,
which
offers
mediation,
facilitation,
and
services
to
families,
businesses,
and
organizations.
From
2004-2006
she was
co-director
of
Conflict
Solutions,
which
designs,
implements,
and
oversees
conflict
resolution
programs
in
educational
settings.
Tracy
has
mediated
a wide
variety
of cases
including
separation
and
divorce,
parent-teen,
eldercare,
employment,
real
estate,
victim
offender,
truancy,
business,
insurance,
landlord-tenant,
and
personal
injury.
