Deborah Battles, M.Ed. is a Certified Mediator & Massachusetts State Ombuds. She has an M.Ed. in Organizational Development & Training, has 20 years experience in ADR as Mediator/Facilitator and is the Founder of Dispute Resolution Center. Deborah is a Lead Trainer for Mediation, has supervised and trained many mediators, and has mediated hundreds of disputes, in and out of court.
 
David Levy, J.D. has 20 years of Family Caregiver consulting expertise. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Gerontology, working towards a PhD in 2008/2009. In addition, David is an academic researcher in the fields of family caregiving, eldercare, and family dynamics. In the past he developed and ran the family mediation services for a major, long term care insurance company. He has extensive training for MSW and LCSW practitioners in non-clinical family caregiving mediation.
 
Tracy Gould Sheinin, M.A. is the owner of PurpleWorks, which offers mediation, facilitation, and services to families, businesses, and organizations. From 2004-2006 she was co-director of Conflict Solutions, which designs, implements, and oversees conflict resolution programs in educational settings. Tracy has mediated a wide variety of cases including separation and divorce, parent-teen, eldercare, employment, real estate, victim offender, truancy, business, insurance, landlord-tenant, and personal injury.
 
Jacqulyn Podger, M.A. is currently a senior practice partner for HR/Learning and Organization Development at Duke University. She has mediated child custody disputes for the Superior Court, Durham and Mecklenburg Counties, and the city of Durham in North Carolina. Jacqulyn holds a Masters in Counseling from Bradley University.
 
Dawn Dowd, Experienced mediator, facilitator and dispute systems designer. Elder/Guardianship certified mediator through the NC Dispute Resolution Commission; also provide community mediation (through the Alamance County Dispute Settlemet Center), agricultural mediation (certified by NC Agricultural Mediation Program); employment mediation; Permanency Planning Mediation (certification in progress by the NC Adminstrative Offices of the Courts) Master's degree in Conflict Resolution; Master's degree in education
