Connie Rakowsky, mediates elder law issues including elder care, guardianships, fiduciary disputes and trust and estate challenges privately and for the New Hampshire Probate Court. Business, financial, employment, bankruptcy, creditor and other matters are the subjects of disputes she mediates as well. She is an appointed member of other Court and private panels. For more than 26 years Ms. Rakowsky successfully practiced law and received a Martindale "AV" rating from her peers. Melinda Milberg, J.D. has over 28 years as a civil litigator specializing in employment law, business, and probate (estate planning and estate administration). She was appointed by the Governor and served as a Public Member of the Board of Registration in Medicine (hearing officer). As a Special Assistant Attorney General, she worked on consent decrees for state schools for the mentally retarded. Melinda has been a Mediator and Arbitrator since 1993 on employment, divorce, probate and commercial cases.

Barbara Sunderland Manousso Ph.D.(ABD), M.P.H., T.C.D.M. Texas Credentialed Distinguished Mediator. Mediator since 1993. She has been a trainer, lecturer, and practioner in elder care mediation. Her doctoral dissertation has been in elder care mediation. She mediates for nursing long-term care facilities, probate courts, and families in a crisis or planning mode involving elders and adults.
