Jon Linden, I hold a B.S. in Biology and an MBA both from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.  After 20 years in privately owned and publicly owned business as a Sr. Executive Manager, I left to become a full time Mediator.  I have been mediating for 11 years for the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Superior Court/Civil Division and for private clients.  As a result of both my business experience and my educational background I have expanded my practice to include Elder Mediation.  The expansion of the Assisted Living and Continuum of Care facilities in the last 10 years reflects the greater needs of elderly individuals for appropriate residential and health care facilities.  In many cases the ability to choose such a facility is a family decision which needs focused help from an individual who can assist in selection of a facility and also resolution of problems at a facility where the resident may be having difficulties.  As the Mediator, I assist residents and their families and the facilities to meet the needs of the resident and their unique requirements.   http://www.mediate.com/JonLinden

Julie Denny, While I spent eight years in the theatre (actor) and another 13 in the corporate world (marketing with Dow Jones, McGraw-Hill and Associated Press), I have been mediating for sixteen years and consider that to be my profession. Through acting, I became attuned to people's feelings and through my corporate experience to the nuances of negotiation. Mediation seemed to tap into more than one facet of my experience when I began in 1993. I am totally committed to helping individuals work through their problems in mediation.
