I have a PhD in Sociology with a background in family studies. Randy Noah, M.A.  is an experienced practitioner of community and family mediation.  He received basic and advanced conflict resolution training at the the University of New Mexico Law School and has worked within the New Mexico District Courts in management and mediation since 1978.  He currently co-facilitates a cancer                         survivors/caregivers support group and is a member of EldercareMediation.com and the New Mexico
                            Mediators Association.  In 2006,  Mr. Noah co-founded
                            Renewal Family Mediation and has since specialized in
