Jeanette K. Belz understands family dynamics and how tough it is to grapple with elder care issues on your own. That’s why she offers a free 30 minute consultation to better understand how mediation can help. Jeanette has received over 150 hours of training in specialty areas such as elder mediation, advanced techniques, foreclosure and divorce mediation. She volunteers at the neighborhood Mediation Center in Reno and teaches high school students how to use “peer mediation” to resolve disputes. Mark E. Rosenberg has spent 40 years in the care of the Elderly. This experience ranges from Adult Day Care, Home Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing Home Care through Hospice Care. Anita Rufus, J.D. is a credentialed mediator at the National Conflict Resolution Center in San Diego. Her mediation training includes J.D. ADR concentration and Advanced Mediation Training at the Pepperdine Straus Center. Anita is also an appointed member of the Superior Court Mediation Panel of San Diego. She has over 200 hours of training and more than 25 years experience.
