Joy Rosenthal has been practicing law with families of all kinds for over 12 years, both in Court and as a collaborative lawyer. My practice specializes in working with non-traditional families. I also do wills, trusts and probate. I work primarily in Surrogate's and Family Courts. I am on the Board of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York (treasurer), and was formerly on the Board of Legal Information for Families Today.
 
June Jacobson, J.D., M.S.W. is an attorney and member of the New York State Bar, a psychotherapist, and a licensed clinical social worker. For more than ten years, June has had a full-time practice centered almost exclusively around the mediation of family matters. Prior to mediating, she worked with an elderly population as a hospital social worker, assessing and addressing home care and other discharge planning issues with patients and family members.

 Timothy Gorman  - office is located in New York and will mediate in new York and Pennsylvania. Mediator of labor and employment disputes 11 years experience, have mediated over 150 disputes. Masters degree with concentration in dispute resolution.  Mr. Gorman has dealt with doctors and hospitals over care of father and mother, familiar with nursing homes and administrative personnel
 
 
Judith Machanik, B.A. is the Principal of Access Mediation Services, LLC and has acquired more than 100 hours as a mediator. She is trained as an elder mediator, CHINS mediator, divorce mediator and community mediator. She is also a court coordinator for small claims court in Great Barrington, MA. As a business consultant, she has worked in numerous senior living facilities as a marketing consultant/interviewer/writer. Judith is skilled, experienced, and professional.
 
Arline Kardasis, B.A., M.A.T. is a mediator, trainer, conflict consultant and coach. As a family mediator, she specializes in elder and divorce mediation. Arline mentors new mediators in the Massachusetts Courts and designs and delivers conflict skills trainings to eldercare professionals. She is a co-founder and partner at Agreement Resources, LLC and Elder Decisions. Both of these firms have been approved to receive referrals from the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Department. Arline has a professional background in educational administration at the university level and twenty years as a business owner and director.
 
Timothy Mordaunt, J.D. is an attorney with a focus in the areas of elder law, probate, and estate planning. He is an advanced practitioner in the Association for Conflict Resolution as well as a member of the New York State Dispute Resolution Association. He was an accredited mediatior and president of the New York State Council on divorce mediation from 2005-2007, and a member of the board since 1998. Timothy graduated J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo, NY in 1986.
 
Jill Sarah Moscowitz, M.P.H. serves as mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court, US Postal Service, United Postal Service and the Transportation Securities Administration. She has many years experience as a nutritionist working with older adults where she provided nutritional advise to homebound elders and their caregivers. Nancy Gardner, B.A. has over 15 years experience as a family and divorce mediator, with a background in psychotherapy. With more than hundred in-class hours, and training in divorce, civil, employment, and system design, she carries with her a diverse breadth of knowledge in mediation. Nancy received her B.A. in French with a minor in Russian from the University of Colorado.
 
Jane Beddall, M.A., J.D.,  founded Dovetail Resolutions, a mediation and consulting firm, after many years as an attorney and mediator. Her personal, professional, and volunteer experiences have included working with elders and their loved ones in various challenging roles and situations. Barbara Sunderland Manousso Ph.D.(ABD), M.P.H., T.C.D.M. Texas Credentialed Distinguished Mediator. Mediator since 1993. She has been a trainer, lecturer, and practioner in elder care mediation. Her doctoral dissertation has been in elder care mediation. She mediates for nursing long-term care facilities, probate courts, and families in a crisis or planning mode involving elders and adults.
