She

counseling

incapacitated
adults
or
children,
and
provides
mediation
services
in
divorce,
guardianships,
and
general
family
conflicts.
She is
licensed
as a
clinical
social
worker
in
Washington
and
Oregon
and was
the
first
mediator
in
Vancouver,
Washington.
Mary
regularly
attends
conferences
and
seminars
on
guardianships,
mediation,
and
other
topics.

grievances

counselors
or agencies.
I was a an

for special
education
disputes for
the State
Department

and a
hearings
